CEC partnered with EST General Contractors, Inc., to complete the construction of Walter Gum Manor in Appomattox, VA.  Walter Gum Manor apartments, is an affordable rental housing community for seniors, with 1 bed apartment units.  Construction began October 2007 and was complete by March 2008.
