Creative Electrical Contractors, Inc., partnered with Costello Construction to begin the construction on the first new fire and rescue station built for Charlottesville in over 50 years.  CEC provided the electrical installation and generator for this new fire station.  Fire station #10 consisted of a four-bay, bi-directional station; with a net floor area of 40,922 sq. ft.; including 14 individual sleeping rooms, and three bunk-style rooms, Additionally, the facility provides built-in mechanisms for firefighters to train in-station.  Over 12,000 sq. ft., including a 40-seat training & community room.  This fire station is dedicated to training.  The project began in the spring of 2012 and was completed in December 2013. Estimated electrical value $830,635.
