Grounds Maintenance Person Wanted

Duties will include grass cutting, weed eating mulching, power washing and manicured yard maintenance. Common knowledge of high-end landscaping utilizing quality landscaping equipment a must.

Basic carpentry and painting skills a plus. Someone that has worked on a hoppy farm taking care of livestock and fencing a plus.

Applicant must be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, trustworthy, and willing and able to work with limited direction.
Work hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5. Must have a valid clean Virginia’s driver’s license. Class B CDL is a plus.

Paid benefits including insurance, vacation, holiday pay and retirement will be provided.

Compensation will be based on the experience of the applicant.
