Grounds Keeper wanted for property management. At least 5 years of experience working with manicured properties.  Duties will include, grass cutting, weed eating, mulching, shrubbery, annual and perennial plant care, power washing, bush hogging and snow removal.  Common knowledge and maintenance of quality landscaping and farm equipment a must.   

Basic carpentry and painting skills a plus.  Someone that has worked on a hobby farm taking care of livestock and fencing a plus.   

Applicant must be self motivated, hard working, dependable, trustworthy and willing and able to work with limited direction with tasks.  Applicant must be able to work alone without someone watching over them. During times applicant may be required to supervise seasonal employees.  Applicant must be willing to work Monday-Friday and occasionally on a Saturday during seasonal times. No Sunday work will be required unless there is an emergency. 

Must have a valid clean driving record.  CDL is a plus.

Paid benefits including insurance, vacation, holiday pay and retirement will be provided.  Compensation will be based on experience of applicant.
