Bedford Hall at Longwood University is comprised of a multi-story design that meets LEED Silver standards.  The project began in September 2009 and was completed in September 2012.  It was a very complex project while building onto an existing building with minimal disruption to the staff and student body.  Phase 2 was a complete interior and exterior renovation of the existing facilities.  The project is comprised of labs, classrooms and offices.  The building also has 2 lecture halls and a very unique art gallery.  There are two illuminated exterior fountains.  Creative Electrical Contractors partnered with Costello Construction of Maryland.  Electrical value $1,900,000.
