This project, Benchmark Community Bank of South Hill, consists of a 6,064 square feet building that will have three drive-through teller windows and a drive-through ATM. It is a single story brick building that will house South Hill’s newest bank. Construction began in April, 2010 and is scheduled for completion by October, 2010. Kenbridge Construction Company is heading up the general contracting on this project. CEC has a long lasting relationship with KCC and have completed many projects with this owner.
